Still have questions about working together? You’ll find answers to some of our most frequently asked questions here.

  • Sovereignty is self-governance, the capacity to live from your own truth rather than from the outside in. It is knowing what you actually feel, what you actually want, and what is actually true for you, even in the presence of relationships and culture that have strong opinions about who you should be.

It is not independence. It is not solitude. It is a healthy self-centeredness that makes genuine intimacy possible. You cannot truly meet another person if you have already abandoned yourself to get there.

Erotic Sovereignty is the reclamation of your own body as home. It is the capacity to remain present in yourself. To feel your desire, your boundaries, and your aliveness from the inside out, rather than from a performance shaped by everything the world told you to be.

It begins with a simple but often radical premise: your sexuality is not a compartment. It is a dimension of how you inhabit your body and move through life. And when you are cut off from it (through shame, conditioning, or learned self-abandonment) you are not simply cut off from pleasure or intimacy. You are cut off from your own aliveness.

Erotic Sovereignty is the path back.

  • I am not contracted with any insurance companies at this time. I am able to provide you with a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, though this will depend on your out of network benefits. Many of my clients have luck in this realm, though I cannot guarantee any sort of reimbursement. It is up to you to confirm your benefits with your insurance provider. I am considered private-pay.

  • I bill for appointments cancelled within a 48-hour window. I make exceptions for emergencies.

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including psychotherapy. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service or at any time during treatment. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call the Colorado Division of Insurance at 303-894-7490 or 1-800-930-3745.
